Warrior Golf Clubs complaint by Roundyracer
Warrior from whom I purchased a entire set of golf clubs from did include a free puter. With only a few uses the insert fell out and was lost. Now Warrior wants me to buy a box and pay shipping to have it repaired.Another option is to buy at a discount a new club at $99.00 or try a set of irons for $399.00 and they will send a new putter free.Apparently they don't stand behind their products.I even asked for a insert which I could glue in myself to no avail.Ser rep claims they dont sale them.Well somebody has got to have them.Would be real simple to mail one it seems.Sounds as if they made a lot of money off me and now I'm unknowed.I build clubs and Ill just build a better product for under $25.00

My golf game does not warrant great expenditures for clubs. I've used Warriors for about 5 years, never had a problem, never returned anything because they always come up with offers I can't refuse. My scratch golfer neighbor tried mine and bought several for himself. I can't complain about them, they are excellent for so-so golfers like me.
